Find People - search for Volunteers by session type or selected session

Create a search (query) in Find People to find volunteers, either by session type (Alpha®, ChristLife™) or by a specific session or sessions (Spring 2021 Alpha®). Once you have the list of volunteers, you can then export a list of names and contact information,  Or, call, text, or email them directly from the Mission Suite to ask them to volunteer at an upcoming event or experience.

1. Login to the Mission Suite and click on the Inform Statistics icon.



2a. From the left navigation pane, select Find People.
2b. Choose one of the default searches or create a new search as shown below. The new search is named Encounter Volunteers.
2c. Click the Encounter Experiences box to open the drop-down menu, and select one or both search criteria - is currently a volunteer and/or was/is a volunteer for any number of times.
2d. You can also specify how many times a person has volunteered for an Encounter experience.



3a. Scroll down and select the session type(s). 
3b. You can also select specific session(s) to include in your search.


4. The criteria will be added to the Selection Summary on the right panel as you select it. Click Show Results at any time to view results based on the search criteria.


5a. From the results screen, select any or all contacts to: 
5b. email
5c. text
5d. export list of names and contact information to an Excel file (xls).
6. Don't forget to save your search!
